Dan’s business interests are run through DNR Holdings and are mainly focused on the real estate sector, including commercial property, residential property, hotels, and resorts.  Dan is also a fashionista since a very young age, as he grew up seeing his father tailor clothes for the elites of the American Army, during the Vietnam War in the ’70s when their airbase was situated in the northeastern region of Thailand, namely UdonThani, Ubon Ratchathani and Khonkaen. This has instilled good dress sense in Dan since a very young age, and that can be seen at all times when Mr. Dan is out and about in his exquisitely tailored clothes. He today still runs an amazing bespoke suit store in the heart of Bangkok, under the name of Damanino Bespoke, where clients from all around the world drop by to get themselves fitted.  Mr. Singh is also a great crypto and blockchain enthusiast and is always on the lookout for interesting development opportunities in this upcoming sector as well. As we all know, the world is changing at a rapid pace. Dan envisions himself to be with the trend and dives in head first, with opportunities that he foresees can benefit the upcoming generation. 

 During the last 16 years of Mr. Singh’s entrepreneurial quest, he has been developing businesses, both within Thailand and internationally, with great passion and enthusiasm, striving daily to nurture good relationships with all parties, to help ensure each projects' ultimate success.  Mr. Dan attributes his success to one belief, “GIVING IT FORWARD”, where he allocates 10% of his profits towards charitable causes worldwide. To name a few, Dan has been educating children of families with unfortunate financial circumstances in Thailand, India, & Africa, helping build schools in rural areas of Thailand, building homes for unfortunate families in Punjab, India. There have also been several other medical-based foundations that Dan provides continued support to, including the donation of dialysis machines to the Kidney Association of Thailand and ongoing projects to build new hospitals. One of the projects that are very dear to the heart of Mr. Dan that he has been supporting is the Foundation for the Retarded People of Thailand under the Royal Patronage of HM the Queen.
